Vince is a firm believer that realtors should be stewards of the community and go above and beyond to educate their clients about the market, while providing exceptional service.
Having a background as a successful Investment Banker in Mortgage Backed Securities in the early 2000s, has given Vince a holistic view of the real estate market on a macro and local level. During that time, he analyzed over a billion dollars of mortgages and closed numerous deals that averaged around $300 million dollars each. Vince leverages his in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and analytical skills to provide his clients with insight that is unparalleled in the industry.
Vince understands that a realtor’s job doesn’t stop with analytics. That’s why he volunteers his time at the local YMCA coaching youth sports, teaching children improv at his kid’s schools and being a community board member of the West LA/Sawtelle neighborhood council.
A quality that Vince feels is essential for any successful relationship is one’s ability to listen. He takes pride in being present with his clients to fully understand their goals, so that he can make their real estate experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
